If you provide us with personal data of third parties, you must have the prior consent of the owner of such data and inform him/her of the website where he/she can find and learn about this comprehensive privacy notice.

Personal data is collected for the following primary and secondary purposes:

Primary.- Purposes that give rise to and are necessary for the legal relationship between you and Black Label Biker:

  • Companies that form part of the same business group to which Black Label Biker belongs, which operate under our same internal processes and policies, for the purpose of providing you with a better service and complying with our internal regulations.

6.- ARCO Rights.

Under the terms of the applicable regulations, you have the right to know what personal data we have, what we use it for and the conditions under which we use it (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO Rights.

To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request by email to our privacy officer, who will inform you about the procedure and requirements for exercising these rights, response times, the way in which we will make your right effective, and will address any questions, complaints or comments you may have in this regard.

Under the terms of the applicable regulations, you may revoke the consent that you have given us, if any. However, it is important to note that not in all cases will your request be admissible or will we be able to terminate the use immediately, as it is possible that due to some legal obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data.

To revoke your consent, you must submit your request by email to our privacy officer, who will inform you about the procedure and requirements for exercising this right, response times, the way in which we will make your right effective, and will address any questions, complaints or comments you may have in this regard.
